I have reworked Twice Bitten as an epub file using Sigil's software, and if you archive the book and re-download it onto your devices (or buy it for the first time) in a few days, you will see a table of contents to make the chapters more accessible, as well as chapter breaks and a cover image within the book itself. I will be doing the same for the Hunters of the Dark books shortly, and all books going forward will have these features included.
